Performed HVAC service on mini-splits and FCUs throughout the dining area, kitchen, manager’s office, and wine room.

Completed multiple projects including electrical installations, HVAC service, new dual-zone condenser installation with two ceiling-mounted cassettes, and lighting upgrades.

Replaced FCU pop-top valve actuator, thermostat, and cover, along with electrical renovations and plumbing fixture upgrades.

Installation of new low-voltage conduit for a CCTV system prior to landscaping, coordinated with a pool deck renovation.

Completed a new walk-in keg room installation, including demolition and disposal of the old unit, and furnishing and installing a new condenser and evaporator.

Installed Cat6, low-voltage controls, and 120V line-voltage power at multiple locations, including Palolo, Kapolei, and Ewa.

Installed new electrical circuits for water heater power and performed solar controller installation and troubleshooting.

Completed full plumbing rough-in from start to finish, including installation of supply and drain lines, venting, water heaters, fixtures, and necessary permits to prepare the building for final plumbing connections.

Installed a new meter socket combo panel to accommodate a solar system, including trenching and sidewalk excavation for a new HECO handhole and installation of 3" concrete-jacketed PVC conduit.

Replaced compressor and evaporator coil on a 1.5-ton R410A condenser, including gas recovery, acid test, de-braze and braze-in of new filter drier, sight glass, and compressor. Performed nitrogen pressure test at 300 psi, triple evacuation, refrigerant charge, start-up, and system testing.

Performed miscellaneous electrical work for Sunrun, including breaker change-outs, power troubleshooting, and sub-panel replacements.

Serviced refrigeration equipment and kitchen hood exhaust systems, including fan motor and belt replacement, condenser cleaning, and checks of gas levels and system temperatures.

Removed existing knob-and-tube wiring and completely re-wired the front and back houses using NMB cable. Installed new subpanels, GFCI/AFCI breakers, receptacles, wallplates, switches, fixtures, and life-safety devices.

Installed Cat6 and low-voltage cabling for a new office build-out, including termination of all jacks, wall-mount swing network rack, switches, and patch panels. Tested all runs and provided Fluke Networks report with passing results.

Installed Cat6 and low-voltage cabling for a new office build-out, running 1" and 1‑1/4" conduit to keep wiring out of sight per customer request. Terminated all jacks, installed wall-mount swing network rack, switches, and patch panels, and provided Fluke Networks test results.

Completed electrical renovation and finish work, including relocation of a mini-split evaporator and condenser for optimized HVAC layout, as well as plumbing fixture upgrades, water line relocation, and installation of an isolation valve for the tenant.

Installation of four Mitsubishi wall-mount split units, including single- and dual-zone systems, with a new outdoor subpanel and dedicated 220V and 120V circuits to power the condensing units.
